What we do?

We upgrade Bay Area attics from inadequate insulation to R-38 or R-49 using blown-in fiberglass. Most homes built before 1980 have little to no attic insulation, losing 40% of heating and cooling through the roof. We start by air sealing all penetrations because air leaks reduce insulation effectiveness by 30-40%, then install baffles at roof eaves to maintain ventilation, and finally blow in fiberglass to your target depth of 12-14 inches for R-38 or 16-18 inches for R-49.

The entire process takes 4-6 hours and is completed the same day. Most customers save $80-150 monthly on energy bills with payback in 2-4 years. You can stay in your home during installation since all work happens in the attic with minimal disruption.

Install insulation to specified R-value using our own trained crews. Include air sealing at penetrations, proper ventilation clearance, and code-compliant installation. Most attic projects done same day.

Quality Verification

Verify complete coverage with no gaps, measure final R-value, take after photos, and walk you through completed work. You approve everything before final payment.

Cleanup & Documentation

Remove all debris, vacuum work area, restore your home to original condition. Provide documentation for rebate applications.
